This demonstration class will feature quick and healthful meals for today’s dinner. Using this meal, you can go onto create tomorrow’s lunch. We will:

Learn 10 strategies for maintaining your weight this holiday season while still enjoying the season. We will discuss:
-How eating needs to change
-How to eat to manage appetite (so you won’t rip the fridge door off at home)
-How to use food as medicine to keep your mind and body well
