California Prune Energy Bites

- ¾ cup almonds
- 1 cup California prunes
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp smooth nut butter
- ⅓ cup desiccated coconut
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is crumbled. Form mixture into 1" balls. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
