3 ways to enjoy this dipping sauce:

1) Serve as a dip with vegetables.

My kids especially liked this sauce as a dipper with carrots and snap peas.

2) Crunchy Apple Crab Salad

Enjoy this dip as a salad sauce in this Crunchy Apple Crab Salad.

Crunchy Apple Crab Salad:

Mix together in a bowl:

  • 1 pound of crab meat (immitation crab meat works for this, but note that immitation crab meat is a possible source of hidden gluten)
  • 1 apple cubed
  • 1 stick celery chopped
  • ¼ cup frozen peas
  • Romaine lettuce, torn up.

Throw this in a jar for a quick grab and go lunch.

3) Salmon sliders

Use as a sauce atop a salmon slider.

This is a simple sauce that will please different palates. I would love to hear your ideas of how you can use this bright and tangy dipping sauce.
