A simple and satisfying snack. I went to the bulk food section and grabbed some dark chocolate chips for this recipe. You could use chocolate chips or a few squares of chocolate.

Ingredients
Dark chocolate, melted
Dried apricots
Dried plums
Instructions
In a small pot, over low heat, melt the chocolate.
Dip half of each piece of fruit in the pot of melted chocolate. Place on a wax or parchment paper-lined baking tray. Allow chocolate to set. Store in an air-tight container.
