This recipe is adapted from Chef Marti Wolfson, who demonstrated a variation of this recipe at the Nutrition Intuition in the Kitchen Conference, held in Connecticut.

Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled with pit removed
1 cup loosely packed fresh herbs: mint, parsley, chives, basil
1-2 garlic cloves, sliced
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup water
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup sweetener (I used agave nectar), as per taste
Sea salt, as per taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. Taste.
Add in sea salt and sweetener, as per your taste preference. I used a dark sea salt and agave nectar. You could also use honey.
