Ingredients
  • 3 cups whole pecans
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place pecans on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Toast for 5-8 minutes. Stay close by so your pecans don't burn!
  3. While the pecans are toasting, combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add the toasted pecans to this large bowl. Stir to coat the pecans. Enjoy!
