Sweet with Heat Rosemary Pecans

Serves: 3 cups
- 3 cups whole pecans
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- sea salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place pecans on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Toast for 5-8 minutes. Stay close by so your pecans don't burn!
- While the pecans are toasting, combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add the toasted pecans to this large bowl. Stir to coat the pecans. Enjoy!
