Ingredients
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • ½ cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add in more ice for a thicker consistency. For a creamier consistency, add in more yogurt.
  2. Prep ahead Pro Tip: Prep the ingredients ahead of time by freezing banana chunks and peeled orange segments. That way, you’ll have a frosty, ready-to-blend base anytime you need a quick breakfast or snack.
