Ever get a 3 pm craving for something sweet? I do. This was a snack that was offered at a recent health and cooking conference I attended, called Healthy Kitchens Healthy Lives. This snack uses two ingredients: dried fruit and melted dark chocolate. In this recipe, I used dried apricots and dried plums.
This snack plus a few spicy nuts creates a flavourful snack that is satisfying and pleasurable. And when you are done, you can lick the pot!
