Decadent Chocolate Pudding
Looking for a dessert that is chocolatey but also completely soul-satisfying? You must try this chocolate pudding recipe! Because it is a rich dessert, you only need a few spoonfuls to be satisfied. And, it uses a surprise ingredient! Who knew that dessert could be this good?! Happy Valentine’s Day!
- 8 medjool dates, soaked in boiled water for 20-30 minutes, pit removed
- Flesh from 2 ripe avocados, pit removed
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup agave nectar
- Juice of ½ orange
- ¼ cup boiling water
- Rind of orange (optional)
- Mint (garnish)
- In a blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients.
