I am thrilled to share with you an update on my business. I launched my business Nutrition and Culinary Solutions in 2012, to share my passion for food, cooking, nutrition and its impact on wellness.
This fall, I forced myself to carve out time from a busy schedule to hit the pause button. I invested some time into the business side of my business. I did some work thinking about…who am I trying to reach? Who is my ideal client? What makes my business unique? How can I best be in service to people, while being in service to myself? How do I best share this with the world?
This work lead me to some serious reflection on how I communicate my business – my services, my focus, my passion and my strengths. I decided that my business needed a major refresh.
I still offer nutrition and culinary solutions, helping to nourish people’s health and wellness. But I also:
This lead me to my new business name and focus:
Nutrition is one of the most powerful, yet under-used therapies for our health and wellness. The foods we choose (and don’t choose) have the potential to contribute (or take away from) our body’s functioning right down to our individual cells. The foods we eat, the vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements we use, how we use foods to nourish our stress and emotions, and how we eat gives our body the vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, prebiotics, probiotics, and medicine it needs to be vibrant and well.
Nutrition can be used as a therapy to help with a broad range of health challenges: a lack of energy, unwanted weight gain, digestive problems like constipation and bloating, headaches, poor sleep, mental health, emotional eating, and of course, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and metabolic syndrome – and more!
Energizing your nutrition will allow you to nourish your body, helping you feel more focused, less foggy, help your clothes fit better, help you feel…like your old self again. Nutrition can help connect you to your youthfulness and vitality, fueling your health and wellness for the life you want.
Once you are 40, you don’t need to diet – but you do need to change how you eat and create a plan for wellness. I will help you energize your nutrition to help you feel vibrant and well, one bite at a time.
I will continue to offer health-inspired cooking classes and nutrition coaching. I have redesigned my nutrition coaching packages and now offer 4 different packages to help men and women over 40 years:
1) Discovery call with a Nutritionist/Dietitian
Curious about working with a Dietitian? This is a 15- minute phone call to see whether my nutrition coaching services are a match for you and your goals. I offer this call at no cost.
2) Laser-focused nutrition coaching
This is a laser-focused nutrition coaching session where we will identify your key eating and nutrition habits, experiences and mindset around eating that are moving you closer to (or further away) from the health and wellness you crave.
3) CravingChange™ package
Are you eating in a way that feels uncomfortable and not aligned with your health and wellness goals? Struggling with cravings? This is a package for men and women over 40 years of age who know what they need to eat, but are having trouble making and sustaining consistent nutrition changes.
Also available as a small group offering.*
4) Energize Nutrition’s Transformation package
Are you overfed, but poorly nourished? This is a comprehensive package for men and women over 40 years of age who need personalized support and coaching as they design a lifestyle to enhance their vitality and wellness. Includes 40 strategies for weight management.
I have a Facebook page and other social media accounts. In 2017, I will be launching my own Youtube Channel, including a new show where I will share food and lifestyle tips to help create small lifestyle wins. Stay tuned!
I would love to ask for your support.
Thank you all for your support of my business! I look forward to helping you energize your nutrition to achieve vitality and wellness, one bite at a time!
