Couples or family members in the same household, who sign up for services together will receive a 20% discount on one person’s total costs.
To maintain our operations, we require 24 hours on business days (M-F) notice via email to change or cancel your appointment. Otherwise your session will be counted as completed and you will be charged the full amount of the session.
We will send you an email reminder of your appointment. No charge for changes or cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of appointment. A 50% payment requested for cancellations thereafter.
I start with natural strategies first, but when necessary or beneficial, I do steer clients toward great supplement options.
Through genetic testing, we can get to the root of the deficiencies, sensitivities, and diseases that hold your health back. This allows us to employ better strategies for better health, for years to come!
My approach with weight is that I help people focus on life-enhancing mindset and habit changes. These sustain a person’s “best” weight, or biologically appropriate weight, based on the following principles:
- Weight that promotes good health and personally acceptable eating habits while minimizing risk of disease.
- Weight that can be maintained without constant dieting, restricting food intake or restrictive food practices.
- Weight that takes into consideration your genetic makeup, family history of body weight and shape and your unique pattern of weight change over your life.
- Weight that is appropriate for your age and stage of life and does not compromise body functions (e.g. bone health, lean body mass), or mental health and wellness.
