Oatmeal & Date Energy Bites
 
These energy bites are full of flavour and fiber! Keep a batch of these in your freezer for a quick grab and go, fuelling snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Seed trio:
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¾ cup ground flax
  • ½ cup dried dates, chopped
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sunflower butter (or peanut butter butter)
  • ⅓ cup honey
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for ~ 1 hour.
  2. Roll into small balls. Store in fridge or freezer.
